At Glosy Nails, we want you to love your new look! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns and issue refunds under the following specific conditions.

You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all original packaging intact.
  • You initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.

You are NOT eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or worn. Once opened, these products are no longer considered sterile and cannot be resold.
  • The item was purchased on sale or with a discount code. These are considered final sale.
  • More than 14 days have passed since you received your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  1. Email us at glosynails1@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once we review your claim, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs.

3. How to Initiate a Return

For all other eligible returns (e.g., unopened items within 14 days):

  1. To start a return, contact us at glosynails1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Wait for our approval before sending anything back. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  4. You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If rejected: The item will be sent back to you.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
